The Washoe County Board of Commissioners is seeking volunteers from the community to serve on the Washoe County Audit Committee.

The Board of County Commissioners is the elected governmental body for all of Washoe County, and is responsible for legislating public safety and welfare, and providing human services to all County citizens.

Membership

County Commissioners are elected by constituents within their district for a 4-year term. The County Commission consists of five members.

Time Commitment

County Commission meetings are held the second, third and fourth Tuesday of every month.
