Reno, Nevada. November 1, 2012. More than 87,000 voters in Washoe County have already cast their ballots prior to the General Election on November 6. Early voting began October 20 and concludes Friday, November 2 at 7 p.m.

The latest totals show 36,249 Democrats, 35,423 Republicans and 16, 075 Non-partisan voters have cast their ballots early. After the November 2 deadline, all qualified voters who wish to cast a ballot for the November 6 General Election will have to do so on Election Day between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at their assigned polling place.

Any voter who is unsure of their voting eligibility or where they are assigned to vote on Election Day can visit www.washoecounty.us/voters and on the appropriate lines enter their last name and date-of-birth to confirm their voting eligibility, get their precinct number and assigned Election Day polling place information, and see a map showing where their polling place is located in relation to their residence.

Voters who have requested an absentee ballot, voted that ballot and sent it back to the Registrar of Voters (ROV) office can get information verifying the date their voted ballot was received. If a voter does not have access to online services, they may call the ROV office at (775) 328-3670.
