Reno, Nevada. November 6, 2012. Washoe County Senior Deputy Registrar Luanne Cutler reports 33,305 Washoe County registered voters have voted so far today between 7:00 a.m. and approximately 3:30 p.m. in the General Election. That brings the total to nearly 68 percent who have voted in Washoe County, which includes early voters and absentee ballots. All qualified voters who wish to cast a ballot for the November 6 General Election must do so before 7:00 p.m. PST this evening at their assigned polling place.

“If you have yet to vote, please make sure you know your exact polling location, either through our website or by checking your precinct on your sample ballot,” said Cutler.

Any voter who is unsure where they are assigned to vote can visit www.washoecounty.us/voters and on the appropriate lines, enter their last name and date-of-birth to confirm their voting eligibility, get their precinct number and assigned Election Day polling place information, and see a map showing where their polling place is located*.

Cutler also encouraged all voters to bring their sample ballot to their polling location and to vote as early as possible prior to the 7:00 p.m. deadline tonight to avoid waiting in line.
