Reno, Nevada. Aug. 5, 2014. The Washoe County District Attorney’s Office community outreach team will be at the Sparks Farmer’s Market this Thursday, Aug. 7, to talk with residents about the services they provide. County residents will have a chance to ask questions about a variety of topics and programs important to them. Staff will have resource material available regarding elder abuse and child sexual exploitation.
“When first elected in 1994, I made one promise and that was to let the citizens of Washoe County know what the DA’s office does,” said Washoe County District Attorney Dick Gammick. “Sparks Farmer’s Market gives folks that opportunity. I invite you to drop by and meet some of our staff and bring your questions with you.”
