Beginning the week of October 6, 2014, the North Valleys Library will be open Wednesday evenings until 7 p.m.

The North Valleys Library will increase their open hours starting the week of October 6, 2014.  This increase means the library will be open until 7 p.m. on Wednesday evenings while still maintaining its Saturday hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 The new hours are as follows:

  • Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The Library is located at 1075 North Hills Blvd. #340 in Golden Valley.

 “Library hours are evaluated based on usage trends,” says Library Director Arnie Maurins. “Increasing open hours is an ongoing goal, and the action taken by the Library Board is another step to providing the best possible library service to this community with the resources that are available.”
