Reno, Nevada.  Oct. 16, 2014. Early voting for the upcoming Nov. 4 General Election starts this Saturday, Oct. 18 and runs through Friday, Oct. 31. Several polling locations will also be open on Sundays again this year. View the full schedule for early voting locations.

The Washoe County Registrar of Voters, Luanne Cutler, says many sample ballots for the 225,000 registered voters have been delivered. Those who registered or updated their information after Oct. 1 should have their sample ballots at least one week prior to Election Day, many will arrive even earlier.

If registered voters have any questions about the sample ballot they have received in the mail, they should contact the Washoe County Registrar of Voters Office at (775) 328-3670.

If your address has changed and you haven’t notified the Registrar’s Office, the sample ballot won’t be delivered through the mail prior to the election.

Sample ballots, polling place assignments and mail-in ballot status are also available at www.washoecounty.us/voters. Registered voters are able to get this information online simply by entering their last name and date of birth.

The exact hours and locations of early voting sites are available online.
