Neighborhood Stabilization Program

Washoe County opened the application process for 6 affordable housing units in Sparks.  The units are 2 bedroom/2 bath family units which are located next to Sparks Middle School. All utilities are included and they come with a washer and dryer.  These units were built using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Neighborhood Stabilization 3 project funds. 

Three of the units are designated for individuals or families who are at or below 50% of area medium income (AMI), and three of the units are for individuals or families who are at or below 120% AMI.  The following table shows the maximum and minimum income limits for the housing:

The applications will be accepted through the property manager (Re/Max) and will be first come first served.  Applications will be accepted at 5476 Reno Corporate Drive, Reno, NV 89511. Applications are below (English and Spanish)

A waiting list will be established for these units. In addition, these units have a non-smoking policy and pets (other than service animals) are not allowed.
